SF LIMS covers the complete patient journey across 16 connected modules — registration, test ordering, sample collection, lab queue, result entry, report generation, reagent stock, and billing. Built for independent pathology labs and diagnostic chains that need accuracy, full traceability, and zero lost results.
Problem
Most pathology labs run across disconnected systems — a billing software, a manual report register, and a paper sample log that nobody reconciles. Samples get mislabelled. Results get delayed or lost. Reagents run out mid-shift. Billing misses tests that were actually run. And when a patient disputes a result, there is no audit trail to go back to.
Solution
Every patient gets a unique ID at registration. Test orders flow straight into the lab queue. Sample collection automatically deducts reagents via Bill of Materials. Results are entered against ICMR reference ranges with age and gender banded normals — flagged automatically if critical. Reports are generated and delivered to the patient via WhatsApp the moment they are approved. Every correction, re-run, and approval is logged with a mandatory reason. Nothing is overwritten silently.
Results
A 348-parameter test catalog covering 25 panels, built on ICMR Indian population norms. Analyzer integration via HL7 pulls results directly from the machine — no manual transcription. Supports partial report release, multi-branch labs, reflex rules for automatic follow-up tests, and a complete audit trail from registration to billing.
